We ship your at-home impression kit within 24-48 hours. It typically arrives in 5-9 business days.

2. Take your impression at home
(about 5 minutes)
Use the kit to capture your ear shape, then send it back using the included return packaging.

Simple process, clear instructions, no special tools.

3. We design your custom fit
Once your impression arrives, we digitize the mold and engineer your piece for your exact anatomy using precision modeling tools.

4. Delivered ready to wear
We ship your finished piece directly to you, fitted to your ear and ready to wear straight out of the box.

Because each piece is made-to-order, your timeline includes both crafting and finishing.

To keep pricing consistent in a market where precious metals fluctuate, impression kits must be returned within a set window.

Deadline
Return your completed impression within 30 days of receiving your kit.

If we don’t receive it in time
Your order may be marked Abandoned and closed.

Refund policy
Abandoned orders are non-refundable due to reserved materials and the custom production workflow.

Need to restart later?
A new order will be required at the current market price.

Your piece is built from your impression and engineered digitally for accuracy.

If the fit isn’t right when it arrives, we’ll remake it at no cost.
We care about fit because that’s the whole point of custom.

Each piece is made specifically for you.

All sales are final once the order is placed.
After payment, we begin preparing your impression kit and reserving materials. For this reason, cancellations are not accepted.
